Our goal is to make our admissions process simple and informative. Many of our families come to us in times of distress, and we want this to be a transition toward hope and growth. More importantly, we want to understand your individual situation and to make sure that The Refuge Girls Academy is the best place for your daughter.

Step 1: Contact our Admissions Coordinator to learn about our program as well as share about a potential student.

Step 2: Submit a signed & notarized application packet. Include necessary medical/identification paperwork.

Step 3: Continued phone interviews with parent(s)/legal guardians(s).

Step 4: The application and other information provided will be reviewed by Program Leadership Team.

Step 5: Parent(s)/legal guardian(s) will be notified of acceptance or denial by phone.

Step 6: Arrival/Enrollment date scheduled and approved by Intake Specialist.

Step 7: Submit the initial tuition payment for the first month of $3,250.
As well as $2,900 for school and uniform fees. This can be done online through the “Give” page of the www.refugegirlsacademy.com website. The initial payment can be made one of two ways:

– cashier’s check

– ahead of the student’s arrival paid online at www.refugegirlsacademy.com

Step 8: Reoccurring tuition payments for the remaining 11 months must also be set up online.

Step 9: Set up transportation options (we can help with this process if needed).

Step 10: Parent(s)/legal guardian(s) walk through the service plan upon the student’s arrival at the center.
